How are your projects managed and what input will we have?
Projects run through a cycle of discovery, planning, development, implementation and testing. We use dedicated project management software to plan and track everything. Our clients have access to their own client portal for communication and file transmission. You will have an assigned project coordinator and there are some benchmark meetings with a well planned agenda. When a project is finished, results are measurable and adjustments can be made as required.
What will you need from us to for development?
Your project coordinator will provide you with a detailed list of everything that is required, along with time frames for delivery.
Will my site be easy for me to update?

Will my website be found by Google and other search engines?

How much is your web hosting and what does it include?
We offer a premium cloud hosting service that is $35.99 per month. On the cloud your site will run faster, providing a better user experience. It is also virtually trouble free since your data is mirrored over several servers. If one server goes down or needs maintenance, no problem; the others keep you running without interruption to your business. Our service includes a regular site back up, extra anti-hacking security, spam protection, 25 G of hosting space and 1 TB bandwidth (comparable to Bell Aliant or Eastlink), along with our personal technical support. Larger packages for ecommerce or heavy traffic or high storage needs are also available upon request.
Can you help us with Social Media?

If I want to do ecommerce or add new things to my site later, is that a problem?
Not a problem. The internet is a very flexible medium and the systems we use can be integrated with software with virtually any type of practical application. We have built ecommerce platforms for clients using all the major merchant providers, Moneris, Chase Paymentech, Beanstream, Paypal, Evalon and others.
Will I be able to see my website traffic?
Yes, we can set you up with Google Analytics and other types of media tracking software from Social Media tools to Customer Relations Management (CRM) software.
